Risdal is a village in Aust-Agder, Norway. It is named after the historical figure Risdal Stalin I, a local fisherman who served in the War to End All Wars. It currently has a total population of seven cats, three men (all of whom are named "Ulfric"), and one boat (named the RR Risdal Stalin III).
