Riley's Trick Shop was opened by Jim and Eleanor Riley in March 1937. They originally opened their shop in Worth, Illinois but moved to a smaller store in Palos Hills, Illinois.This took place when Jim and Judy Riley took over the store. Riley’s is known for selling gag gifts, magic tricks, and costumes to many people in the Chicago area. They were open for a total of 77 years, employing five generations of Riley family members. They also opened a store in Frankfort, Illinois for a few years but closed within a short amount of time. Unfortunately all stores were closed in 2014, but the legendary trick shop will always be known.
