Rigoberto Cisneros Dueñas (born 15 August 1953) is a Mexican football defender who played for Mexico in the 1978 FIFA World Cup. He also played for Deportivo Toluca.

Cisneros played club football for Deportivo Toluca F.C., C.F. Monterrey, Club Universidad de Guadalajara and C.D. Guadalajara.
