Rick Stromoski is a Liberal American cartoonist whose work includes the comic strip The Mullets and Soup To Nutz. He became the first cartoonist to win twice the National Cartoonist Society Greeting Card Award in 1995 and 1998. He's also won the Gag Cartoon Award for 1999, and was nominated for their Book and Illustration Award for 1999.
