Richard Tyrell

Rear Admiral Richard Tyrell (1716?–1766) was an Irish officer in the Royal Navy. He was a nephew of Sir Peter Warren, and spent most of his active service in the West Indies, especially in command of the 74-gun HMS Buckingham. Having resigned command of the Antigua station in 1766, he died of fever aboard Princess Louisa, and was buried at sea. He has a memorial in the south nave aisle of Westminster Abbey([1] and [2]).
