Qubudile Richard Dyantyi (born 25 October 1968, Burgersdorp, Eastern Cape) is a previous MEC for Local Government and Housing in the Western Cape province of South Africa. He is a member of the African National Congress.

He became known in South African municipal politics after he had led an unsuccessful effort in 2006 to replace the Unicity government of the City of Cape Town with a centralized executive mayor system, which would have stripped the current mayor of the municipality, Helen Zille, of her powers as mayor.

He was fired as MEC for Local Government and Housing on 31 July 2008 by Lynne Brown, but continues to be a Member of Provincial Parliament.
