Rhein is a village in the Wallace Rural Municipality No. 243, Saskatchewan, Canada. The population was 161 at the 2006 Census.

Notable residents
Rhein was the hometown of Arnie Weinmeister, one of the only two Canadians to be elected to the NFL (National Football League) Hall of Fame. Rhein is also home of radio announcer Aaron Nagy. He also worked with CFL team the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Nagy also petitioned the Saskatchewan government to change the occupational regulations after his friend Jim Wiebe was murdered. The law was coined "Jimmy's law."
