Rezh (Russian: Реж) is a river in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia. It is a tributary of the Nitsa River (in the Ob's drainage basin). It is 219 kilometres (136 mi) long, with a drainage basin of 4,350 square kilometres (1,680 sq mi).

The Rezh has its sources in the central Ural Mountains, and flows towards the northeast towards its confluence with the Nitsa. The largest town by the river is Rezh.
