Reuben G. Doud (January 20, 1830 – September 30, 1877) was an American businessman and politician.

Born in McGraw, New York, in Cortland County, New York, Doud moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin in 1849 and was in the steamboat transportation and lumber business. His warehouse business was located in Gills Landing, Wisconsin. In 1865, Doud served in the Wisconsin State Assembly from Waupaca County, Wisconsin as a Republican. In 1868, he moved to Racine, Wisconsin and served as mayor of Racine in 1872, 1873, and, 1875. He died at the Northern Hospital for the Insane in Winnebago, Wisconsin.
