Restaurants Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) is a food and beverage firm founded in 1968 and headquartered in Seattle, Washington, United States.

Currently, there are 22 sub-brands under the RUI parent company, with locations in 47 U.S. cities, spread in 11 states, with Hawaii and Alaska included. Brands include Skates on the Bay, Portland City Grill, Manzana Grill, Palisade, Cutters Crabhouse, Stanford's, Henry's Tavern, Kincaid's, Palomino Restaurant & Bar and Portland Seafood Company. RUI opreates a membership rewards program called "Eat Drink & Earn Club".

The company is owned by Sun Capital Partners, a private equity firm.

In July 2015, Jim Eschweiler was named president and CEO.
