The Republican Party of Eau Claire is the affiliate of the Republican Party in Wisconsin. As of 2009, it is headed by Brian Westrate, the Chair. The party holds many seats in their district and in Wisconsin's 3rd congressional district, with Republicans holding a majority in the United States Congress, Wisconsin State Assembly and Wisconsin State Senate as well.

The Republican Party Resource Center is located at 2201 Brackett Avenue in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. It is an office complex that provides workspaces for candidates and their volunteers. The Resource Center is staffed by volunteers and is open to the public.
