Renaissance Executive Forums is a membership organization for CEOs, Presidents, Owners and Executives of small-mid-sized businesses.

Members meet once a month in groups with up to 12 other executives. The executives are from non-competing businesses.

The monthly forum meetings typically have three parts; an educational component, a focused executive and an executive roundtable. The educational component is often a speaker who presents a workshop. The focused executive session is a review of one member's plans, goals and objectives for the year. The executive roundtable is devoted to processing issues brought by members about their business opportunities and problems.

Each forum meeting is facilitated by a Forum Leader. The Forum Leader also provides quarterly executive coaching to hold Members accountable for actions they have committed to take and an annual Strategies For Success© retreat.

Renaissance Executive Forums operates internationally in eleven countries including the United States, Canada, Latin America and South America. Renaissance Executive Forums operates in the US using a franchise model allowing business ownership of specific market areas to develop the CEO peer group business model.

Renaissance Executive Forums was founded in 1994 by partners Ed Bastarache and Jim Fontanella. The current CEO is Jim Canfield.
