The Regional Indoor Soccer League was an American professional indoor soccer league that was scheduled to begin play in November 2010. Teams from across the nation planned to compete in both a western and eastern division. Gerardo Mosquera was set to serve as commissioner.

Teams announced for the Western Division were the Phoenix Stars, Sacramento Express, San Jose Flames, Denver Fever, Minneapolis Strikers, Albuquerque Storm, Portland Force, Houston Spirit, Salt Lake City Avalanche, and Seattle Wings.

Teams announced for the Eastern Division were the Miami Quicksilver, Orlando Toros, Atlanta Phantoms, Chicago Challengers, New England Brigade, Detroit Racers, St. Louis Sting, Columbus Rage, Nashville Blaze, and D.C. Mavericks.
