Redmondville is an unincorporated community in western Iron County, Missouri. It is located on a county road about 3 miles (4.8 km) from Route 49 in the Mark Twain National Forest. It formerly had a school house that is no longer there due to a fire.

A post office called Redmondville was established in 1904, and remained in operation until 1924. The community has the name of Redmond Black, an early settler.
