Red Cross of Cape Verde also known as RCCV (Portuguese: Cruz Vermelha de Cabo Verde) was founded in 1984.It has its headquarters in Praia, Cape Verde. Its location is in the neighborhood of Platô (or the Plateau of Praia), just next to the city district of Fazenda and is at Rua Cruz Vermelha which gives its street name after this organization. The headquarters is in the south of the street.
Nearby streets are Rua do Aeroporto, Rua Caixa Económica and Avenida Amílcar Cabral.
