Rectiostoma leuconympha is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1921. It is found in Brazil.

The wingspan is about 11 mm. The forewings are dark bronzy fuscous suffused with purple towards the costa. There is a white basal patch tinged yellow on the costal edge occupying less than half of the wing. The hindwings are dark fuscous.
