Rebecca Akufo-Addo is the First Lady of the Republic of Ghana and wife of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, 5th President of the 4th republic of Ghana.

She is the daughter of judge Jacob Hackenburg Griffiths-Randolph and the Third Republic of Ghana speaker of the Parliament of Ghana.
