Raymond de Becker (1912 in Brussels – April 18, 1969 in Versailles) was a Belgian journalist and writer who was born in Brussels. He edited the Belgian papers Independence and Avant-Garde. In 1932 he published the book A New Order; in 1939 Life Difficult and in 1942 Book of Living and the Dead.

He continued to work and publish during the war with the agreement of the German occupiers although his relationship with the German military administration deteriorated during 1943 and on October 4, 1943 he was removed from being Editor-in-Chief of Le Soir and placed under house arrest.
