Raymond Dennis Neoh (born 11 April 1950) is the executive producer of the first CGI animated feature produced in China, Thru the Moebius Strip.

Creation of Thru the Moebius Strip

In order to achieve this, Neoh (along with his older brother, Tony) bought the rights to the film in 1999 when he was a marketing director and shareholder at DCDC in Hong Kong. Jean Giraud (Moebius),the French artist, handled the designs and concept for the film over a span of a couple of years.

In 2000, Neoh co-founded GDC/IDMT in Shenzhen as both a school and professional CGI animation studio. He then began the laborious process of hiring and training a large crew which grew from 200 to 400 staff. The feature production included several challenges for its time, including the use of crowd rendering and compositing technology.

In the summer of 2005, after the film's completion and successful debut at the Cannes Film Festival, 80% of GDC’s shares were sold to Shouguang Concord Grand (Group) Limited, a mainland Chinese corporation listed at Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Neoh took over another company in 2008, now entitled TQ Global, where he currently works as CEO and major shareholder. Neoh's wife's name is Maggie, and they reside in Hong Kong.
