Ravana Rajput is an Indian caste.

The Ravana Rajputs are descendants of Rajput men and non-Rajput women, and were not originally accepted by the Rajput community as Rajputs. They traditionally served the royal Rajput families as guards, soldiers and household servants. The British-era Industrial and Labour Information report described them as slaves owned by Hindu and Muslim Rajputs of Rajputana and Central India. In order to raise their status, these people organized themselves into a caste, and styled themselves as "Ravana Rajputs". The British Indian census authorities, however, rejected their claim. The census report of 1891 described the caste as descendants of Rajput, Charan and Oswal men from their concubines. The Ravana Rajputs nevertheless place themselves highest in the rural caste hierarchy.
