Rasht County (Persian: شهرستان رشت) is a county in Gilan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Rasht. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 847,680, in 244,613 families. The county is subdivided into six districts: the Central District, Khomam District, Khoshk-e Bijar District, Kuchesfahan District, Lasht-e Nesha District, and Sangar District. The county has six cities: Rasht, Khomam, Khoshk-e Bijar, Kuchesfahan, Lasht-e Nesha, and Sangar
