Randy Betty (born September 1, 1958) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He was selected by the Detroit Red Wings in the 15th round (224th overall) of the 1978 NHL Entry Draft.

Betty played major junior hockey with the New Westminster Bruins of the Western Canada Hockey League, and was with that team during the 1977-78 season when they won the Memorial Cup, however an injury forced him to miss the entire postseason.

Betty went on to play the 1978-79 season in the International Hockey League with the Muskegon Mohawks and Flint Generals, and then played the 1979-80 season in the Eastern Hockey League with the Johnstown Red Wings before hanging up his skates.
