Randal Plunkett, 21st Baron of Dunsany (born 9 March 1983) is an Irish film director and producer. He is the eldest son of the late Edward Plunkett, 20th Baron of Dunsany, and his wife Maria Alice Villela de Carvalho. He is also the great-grandson of the author Edward Plunkett, 18th Baron of Dunsany.

He was born in New York City, where his parents were living and working at the time. His family subsequently moved to Ireland, his father's homeland. He later attended Institut Le Rosey, a boarding school in Switzerland. He has a degree in film studies from London's Kingston University, as well as a diploma in Digital Video from the SAE Institute in London.

He succeeded to the title of Baron of Dunsany on 24 May 2011, upon the death of his father. He lives at his family's ancient castle in Ireland, Dunsany Castle and Demesne, which is more than 800 years old.

In 2010, he established Dunsany Productions, a film production company. In 2013, he appeared in the final episode of the second season of TLC's reality television series Secret Princes, because his brother Oliver was appearing in the series.
