  • From 000000001981-11-01-0000November 1981 to 000000001983-01-01-0000January 1983 he was Ambassador in Ankara (Turkey).
  • On 000000002009-05-09-0000May 9, 2009 he was Chairman of the International Commission of the National Assembly of People's Power and visited Turkey.
