Ralph Goldstein (6 October 1913 – 25 July 1997) was an American fencer. He competed for the United States in the team épée events at the 1948 and 1956 Summer Olympics, and was captain of the team at the 1960 Summer Olympics. He was Jewish, and he also participated in many of the Maccabiah Games, the Olympic-style competition for Jewish athletes.

He was killed in a car accident in July 1997, at the age of 83.
