The Raglai (or Rai, Trong Giai, La Vang) are an ethnic group of Vietnam. They are related to the Cham, with a population of approximately 97,000. Most Raglai live in Khánh Hòa Province of Vietnam's South Central Coast, and Ninh Thuận Province in the Southeast region of Vietnam.

The Raglai speak a language in the Malayo-Polynesian language family.

They sing Akha Jukha, play Saraken and Chapi.
