Dr. Rafael Royo-Torres is a Spanish Paleontologist. He works in Fundacion Conjunto Paleontologico de Teruel-Dinopolis, in Teruel, Spain. He is one of the discoverers of Turiasaurus riodevensis, together with Luis Alcala and Alberto Cobos.
