Radu Rebeja (born 8 June 1973 in Chişinău) is a retired Moldovan football player, who played as defensive midfielder or centre-back. He has been for long time member of Moldova national football team and was the captain of FC Moscow. Until 2016 Radu Rebeja was most capped Moldova's national team player.

He joined FC Moscow in 2004. Before that he played for Saturn Ramenskoye (2001–2003), Uralan Elista (1999–2000) and Zimbru Chişinău (1991–1999). He finished his football career in winter of 2008. Radu Rebeja became the vice-president of Football Association of Moldova. As of 2009, he has two children: Nichita and Danu. His brother is Victor Rebeja and his nephew is Radu Rebeja too. He lives also in Moldova.
