Rabindra Prasad Adhikari is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist). He is the Kaski District secretary of the party. In the 2008 Constituent Assembly election, Adhikari was elected from the Kaski-3 constituency, with 13,386 votes. In the 2013 Constituent Assembly election, he was re-elected from the Kaski-3 constituency.
