Railmotor stopping place 16 was a stopping place on the Mornington railway. It was simply a sign beside the railway at a convenient access point near a road. The passenger could hail the driver of the train to stop, and then would buy a ticket from the guard or the conductor.

History

Around 1926 it was opened between Moorooduc and Mornington.

It closed in 1940 for reasons unknown.

Railmotor Stopping Place 16 reopened in April 1974, permanently closing in April 1981.
