Régis Amarante Lima de Quadros (born 3 August 1976 in Porto Alegre) is a Brazilian retired footballer who played as a central-defender, and the current coach of Rio Verde.
Régis played for Fluminense, Internacional and São Paulo in the Campeonato Brasileiro. He also had a spell with Saturn in the Russian Premier League.
