Quercus mexicana is a Mexican species of trees in the beech family. It is widespread from Chiapas to Tamaulipas.

Quercus mexicana is a deciduous tree up to 15 meters tall with gray bark. Leaves are thick and leathery, up to 120 mm long, oblong or lance-shaped with no teeth or lobes.
