Queensmount Public School is a school in Kitchener, Ontario covering 7th and 8th grade. Most of the students at Queensmount come from either Forest Hill Public School, Sandhills Public School, W.T. Townshend, Southridge Public School, Williamsburg Public School or J.F. Carmichael. After Grade 8, most students go to Forest Heights Collegiate Institute.
Sports and Clubs
There are many sports clubs and leadership teams in Queensmount. Some of the sports teams are Soccer,Football,Volleyball,Basketball and Wrestling. Some of the other teams are, Q.I.C, Q.L.T, Chess Club, Band, Choir, Greensmount,Red Maple and more. All the leadership teams at Queensmount make it a better place. Q.I.C helps organize school activities. They sell food to raise more money for the school and just help increase school spirit while having fun. Only Grade 8 students are allowed on Q.I.C. Q.L.T does fundraisers and organizes school dances. Q.L.T Consists of both Grade 7 and Grade 8 students. Greensmount helps the environment. They water all the plants around the school and plant additional trees while making Queensmount a greener place.
