The Qom Monorail is a planned 13.5-kilometre (8.4 mi) monorail system in Qom, Iran.
Construction began in 2009 and is expected to be completed by 2015.
During the first phase of construction there are plans for five stations, connecting the Qom-Kashan tollway in the north to the Jamkaran Mosque. The second phase of construction would link Qom to Pardisan City. The project is expected to cost 9.4 trillion rials.
