Qareh Khan-e Olya (Persian: قره خان عليا, also Romanized as Qareh Khān-e ‘Olyā; also known as Qareh Khān) is a village in Buzi Rural District, in the Central District of Shadegan County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.
