Qarah Quyun-e Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان قره قويون شمالي) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Showt County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,170, in 1,366 families. The rural district has 20 villages.
