Qamqenxoi is a village in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China in central Tibet. It lies roughly 75 miles south-west of Lhasa near the Brahmaputra river at an altitude of 5301 metres (17,394 feet). The village has a population of about 1918 people.

It lies approximately 18.7 miles south of Paggor.
