The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) is an agency of the provincial Government of Punjab in Pakistan. It regulates food safety and hygiene in the Province. It was formed under the Punjab Food Authority Act 2011. As of October, 2015, the Director of the PFA is Ayesha Mumtaz. Ayesha Mumtaz removed from her post due to some allegation on her which is not yet proved but she removed from her seat.
