Demographics
As of the census of 2010, there were 29,637 people, 11,347 housing units, 10,260 households residing in the CDP. The population density was 420.8 people per square mile (1089.9/km²). There were 9.6% housing units in the CDP was 72.7% White, 1.1% African American, 0.6% Native American, 0.9% Asian, 0.1% Pacific Islander, 0.1% from other races, and 1.6% from two or more races.
