Psychrophrynella wettsteini is a species of frog in the Craugastoridae family. It is endemic to Bolivia and only known from the Unduavi region in the Sud Yungas Province, La Paz Department. It occurs in upper cloud forest and humid páramo grassland. It is an abundant species.
