Pseudogynoxys cummingii is a species of the genus Pseudogynoxys and family Asteraceae. According to the photographer of this photograph, it is also one of three species of Pseudogynoxys that are known in cultivation. However, Missouri Botanical Gardens claims it is a synonym of Pseudogynoxys benthamii, which Spanish Wikipedia claims is on the IUCN Red List but a search there does not support this.
