Protville Airfield is an abandoned World War II military airfield in Tunisia, which is located approximately 18 km north of Oued Lill; 25 km north-northwest of Tunis. It was built by United States Army engineers in 1943 during the Tunisian Campaign. Units assigned were:

  • 414th Night Fighter Squadron, 23–29 July 1943, A-20 Havoc (12th AF)
  • 415th Night Fighter Squadron, 23–29 July 1943, A-20 Havoc (12th AF)
  • 1st Antisubmarine Squadron (480th Antisubmarine Group), 2–18 September 1943, B-24 Liberator (ASC)

    • When the Americans pulled out the airfield was dismantled by engineers and returned to agriculture. An outline of the runway remains in an agricultural field in aerial photos today.
