Project Twenty1 is an organization based in Philadelphia that runs the Project Twenty1 Film Festival, which comprises the 21-Day Filmmaking Competition, in which filmmakers and animators have 21-Days to create an original film containing a secret "Element", and the Philadelphia Film-A-Thon, which is an international film marathon.

The company was founded in 2006 by animator Stephanie Yuhas, writer/filmmaker Matt Conant, and actor/musician Quang Ly. Past judges and guest starts have been producer Jeffrey D. Erb of Fever Pitch Pictures, Jon Douglas Rainey of Discovery Channel's It Takes a Thief, Academy-Award winning producer Tammy Tiehel-Stedman, and Student Academy-Award-winning animator Sean McBride.

The competition is one of many time-based competitions, such as the 48 Hour Film Project, Extremefilmmaker's 48 Hour Film Festival, 72 Hour Feature Project, and 168 Hour Film Project.
