Pristimantis actinolaimus is a species of frog in the family Craugastoridae. It is endemic to Colombia where it is only from the vicinity of the type locality, El Estadero, Samaná, Caldas Department. Its natural habitat is wet primary forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
