Prilep (Albanian: Prelep; Serbian: Прилеп, Prilep, other names include: Përlep, Prilip, Prejlep, Perlep, Arrnjet, Prejlepi, Arrnjeti) is a village situated in western Kosovo, close to Gjakova. The village has a population of 2,674 according to data from 2002, of which 99.6% are ethnic Albanian.

In the beginning of the 19th century, there were only about 5 to 10 houses, while today there are over 300. During the Kosovo War of 1999 the village was nearly completely destroyed. Albanian and Serbian forces were located in Prilep and fought each other.
