The President of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia, formerly the General Secretary of the Central Committee, was the head of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia Central Committee. As the leader of the Central Committee, the President was the leader of Yugoslavia. The longest serving officeholder was Josip Broz Tito, serving from 1938 to his death in 1980).
