Prarthana G. Thombare (born 18 June 1994) is an Indian tennis player.
Thombare has won 3 singles and 20 doubles titles on the ITF tour in her career. On 25 August 2014, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 335. On 19 June 2017, she peaked at world number 144 in the doubles rankings.

Playing for India at the Fed Cup, Thombare has a win-loss 12-4.

She won the Asian Games Bronze Medal in Women's Doubles along with Sania Mirza.
