Pou sothirak cambodian institute for peace and cooperation executive director
Pou Sothirak was the Cambodian Minister for Industry, Mines and Energy. He was a member of Funcinpec and was elected to represent Siem Reap Province in the National Assembly of Cambodia in 2003. Pou holds both Cambodian and American citizenship, which he acquired in the 1980s during his studies at Oregon State University.
