The Portage la Prairie Railway Station is on the Canadian National Railway mainline in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba Canada. The station is served by Via Rail's The Canadian three times per week in each direction and the Winnipeg – Churchill train twice per week. The station operates as a flag stop with 48-hour advance notice.

The station was designated a national historic site in 1992. The one story brick building was built by Grand Trunk Pacific Railway and the Midland Railway of Manitoba as a union station in 1908.

Also designated a national historic site is the Portage la Prairie Canadian Pacific Railway Station that no longer is receives passenger service but operates as a museum.
