Polygrammodes ephremalis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Schaus in 1927. It is found in the Philippines (Mindanao, Luzon).

The wingspan is about 38 mm. The forewings are buff white with a basal spot on the median, subbasal spots on the costa and inner margin and thick blackish brown antemedial and medial lines. The hindwings are whiter and thinly scaled with faint dark scaling at the lower angle of the cell with a downbent line below it.
